What It Really Takes to Start a Services Business

Is this a good business idea? Can I launch a second business?

I recently met with Dr. Thomas and realized that he was trying to answer these two questions. Dr. Thomas has already established a successful dermatology practice and is currently developing a specialized remote diagnosis platform as a new business. He asked me if his new idea was a good business idea and if he could launch it. I believe that his idea has a lot of merit and that he himself has a great mindset, but he needs to step back and establish some additional groundwork before launching.
