A Federal Worker’s Options in the DOGE era
Do something before something is done to you. I think federal workers at risk have 2 options:

Government work provides invaluable experience that private sector highly values. Skills like:
- Deep knowledge of policy and regulations
- Established government relationships
- Advanced process navigation skills
- Strong public service commitment
These aren’t things businesses come by every day. You’re an asset many companies can’t find.
